Responsibilities:
-Assist production manager to manage the mold production process and regulate the mold production plan when production conflict happens.
协助生产经理安排模具涂层的生产，协调中心涉及模具涂层的生产计划的调配
-Assist production manager to manager the mold producing related operators, and be responsible in coaching and training the related operators
协助生产经理管理模具涂层生产的关联人员，并负责指导、培训关联人员
-Work on the shop floor (E.G blasting, polishing, batch loading…..) if needed according to the procdution manager`s requirement
根据生产经理安排，必要时与作业人员一同进行模具涂层生产的实务作业
-Technical and applications support to local sales team and other coating centers if necessary according to the manager`s requirement
根据生产经理安排，必要时对销售部门或其他生产中心进行技术及应用支持
-According to Balzers guideline, control the mold produce process, ensure the high quality requirement
按照公司标准要求，管控中心模具涂层生产，确保模具生产符合品质要求
-Regulating the production plan, ensure the delivery time
协调生产计划，确保模具按期交货
-Technical training and qualifying to mold coating production team with the guidance
按照公司标准，对员工进行技能培训及技能考核
-Supporting China mold manager to build up an efficient and professional mold coating production team in Suzhou center
协助生产经理及中国区模具经理/主管，在所在中心构建高效及专业的模具涂层团队
-Solid technical support to the mold coating production in terms of the process, fixtures, equipment and tools, solving the production problems and customer complain with the guidance and support China mold manager and mold production manager.
协助生产经理及中国区模具经理/主管，按照巴尔查斯标准要求解决制程控制、夹具、设备、工具在生产过程中的问题，处理及解决客户抱怨
-Report for coating to ensure the coating quality
模具涂层生产品质及生产关联的报告做成
-Coordination and Management of subcontracted laboratories regarding metallurgical analysis/management/technical updating , and then related documents or make the report in the center if needed
与关联技术支持部门沟通及协作，制作或取得必要的分析/管理/技术升级类文件后，更新中心文件或制作关联报告

Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge in mold structure and machinery
精通模具构造及机加工工艺
-Good skill in mold heat treatment process
熟悉模具热处理工艺
-Be able to communication simply in English and read the English documents
能够使用英语进行简单沟通及看懂英文资料
-Good practice ability, willing to participate the process of mold produce
